[Assk] Trip Confirmation and Moneys

ATM the trip to DC is on.
We are going from April 13-15th.
There will be a $50 deposit required asap.
to reserve a place so the rooms can be booked.
Total cost will be calculated after interest is evaluated.
Additional Fund-Raisers will be coming up which will aid
in controling the total cost of the trip.

This is a great oppertunity. There is the Museums, the Japanese Cultural 
Faire, The Cherry Blossom Festival, as well as the chance to visit with 
Kutztown Alumni who are working in the district.

Please let me know as soon as you can (either via email or at the meeting 
this Tuesday) if you plan on attending and get your money either to Chad, 
Katie or Myself by the end of the semester in an envelope with your name on 
it so that we can book enough rooms.

The rooms will be booked at the end of the semester to recieve a discounted 
rate and secure all rooms in the same hotel.
