Laura and Art Club,

I wish you would have written to me before writing to the whole email list because I might be able to help you out.  I was under the impression from speaking to last semester's officers that there was plenty of money to pay for Hasan's speaker fee.  Since that is apparently not the case, I might be able to figure something out.  

 Please write me back and let me know the following:

1) how much was the lunch?  

2) how much money do you have in the account after you pay Hasan?  Do you have enough money to pay Hasan?

3) how much does it cost to rent vans to go to Washington?  

4) WHen is the Washington trip scheduled to take place?

5) Is the money for the vans the ONLY reason you have to cancel the Washington trip?

and 

6) (and don't get annoyed with me but others' might want to know the answer to this question) Why didn't you know how much money you had in the account?  

I will try to work this out for you if you want me to do it.  Please let me know.
