WATCH, LISTEN TO KUTZTOWN-SHIPPENSBURG FOOTBALL ON SATURDAY
SPORTSfever Telecast to reach 4.8 million PA households; WEEU radio
broadcast also slated

 

KUTZTOWN, PA - The Kutztown University-Shippensburg University football game
on Saturday, Sept. 15, will be televised live across the state of
Pennsylvania by the SPORTSfever Television Network.  Air time is scheduled
for 3:00 PM.  

 

            The broadcast is part of an 11-game slate of Pennsylvania State
Athletic Conference (PSAC) competitions this fall.  It will be available to
4.8 million cable, satellite and over-the-air households throughout the
state.  

 

             The local affiliates carrying the game are WTVE, WLYH and KUTV.
Channel locations for those affiliates on select local cable systems are as
follows:

*Comcast (Reading) Channel 24 (WTVE)

*Service Electric Cablevision (Kutztown, Eastern Berks Co.) Channel 26
(WTVE), Channel 15 (WLYH) or Channel 24 (KUTV)

*RCN (Lehigh Valley)  Channel 51 (WTVE)

*Service Electric (Lehigh Valley) Channel 18 (WTVE)

*Hometown Utilicom (Kutztown) Channel 4 (WLYH), Channel 9 (WTVE) or Channel
41 (KUTV)

 

Those in areas other than the above should check their local listing for one
of the above or other SPORTSfever affiliates.  The complete affiliate
listing is: WTVE (Philadelphia-Lehigh Valley), WHP My 21-2/WLYH
(Harrisburg-Lancaster-York), WQMY/WSWB (Wilkes-Barre/Scranton), WSCW (State
College-Altoona-Johnstown), WIUP (Indiana County), WBGN (Pittsburgh) and
WBEP (Erie).   

 

Listeners can also hear the game on Kutztown's radio broadcast on WEEU AM
830 based out of Reading.  WEEU broadcasts at 830 kHz on the AM dial with
20,000 watts during daytime hours.  Its signal can be heard in all or parts
of 16 Pennsylvania counties during the day, including Berks, Bucks, Carbon,
Chester, Columbia, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Montgomery,
Northampton, Northumberland, Philadelphia, Schuylkill and York.  

 

The WEEU broadcast will be tape-delayed until after the completion of the
Philadelphia Phillies/New York Mets game that begins at 1:10 PM.  The audio
of the WEEU broadcast will be simulcast on the Web for listeners throughout
the world.  KU has partnered with Redzonemedia.com

Saturday night on the Golden Bear Hotline (610-683-1515) and the KU
