KUTZTOWN, PA - Kyle Spotts threw four touchdowns and Kutztown piled up 543
yards in a 55-20 rout of visiting American International College at
University Field.

Spotts was 17-of-24 for 297 yards, throwing two TD passes to Will Brown and
one each to Elfren Quiles and Alex Zukus. The pass to Quiles went for 88
yards, eclipsing the duo's school record for longest pass play of 87 yards
set two weeks ago against Shippensburg. Quiles finished with 176 yards on
eight catches.

Cory McFadden rushed for 97 yards on 16 carries. Ty Dinnis scored twice and
gained 33 yards on 10 carries. Joe Strauss rushed for 49 yards and a TD.
Travis Barron scored on a five yard run late in the fourth. KU racked up a
season-high 246 yards on the ground, finishing with 543 yards of total
offense.

Rob Parent passed for 172 yards and a TD, while Adeboyega Akingba caught one
TD and ran for another for AIC.

The Golden Bears scored early and often Saturday, with TDs on their first
six possessions. Dinnis capped the game-opening drive with one-yard run.
After a fumble, Spotts hit Brown from five yard out for a 14-0 lead.

AIC punted on its next possession and KU marked 97 yards on 14 points, with
Spotts hitting Zukus from seven yards for the score with 30 seconds left in
the first.

Brown's second TD catch came after an eight-play, 84 yard march; then Dinnis
scored for the second time after a 77-yard drive. Following another Yellow
Jacket fumble on the kickoff, Strauss rumbled in from seven yards out for a
41-0 lead with 2:41 to go. The 41 points in the first half are the most by
KU since scoring 46 against Bloomsburg in a 67-19 victory in 1991.

AIC finally got on the board with 66 seconds left in the half. Akingba
hauled in a 23-yard scoring strike from Parent. In the third, Akingba
scored on an end around from two yards out for AIC's only other TD.

On KU's next possession, Spotts hit Quiles, who broke a tackle and scampered
the rest of the 88 yards to paydirt.

Marek Prezbylek hit a pair of field goals, from 27 and 30 yards, and Barron
capped the scoring with a five-yard run with 1:54 left in the game.

The Golden Bear defense was led by safety Brian Bingnear and linebacker Tom
Cressman, who had nine tackles each. Mike Gardier, Leroy Azubuike and Chris
Medina each had a sack Scott Smith and Greg Rotkowski recovered fumbles.

Kutztown improves to 3-2, while AIC falls to 1-3.
