Good morning everyone,

When opening or closing the building please keep in mind that especially
since the weather is getting warmer that students, staff, faculty and others
using the building are going to open windows and doors throughout the
building.  Make sure that all windows and doors are securely closed and
locked when closing the building.  This also includes checking all the third
floor conference rooms, even if having to open the curtains to double check
to make sure the windows are closed and locked.  These are all safety issues
and we want to make sure the building is securely locked.

Hi everyone,

 

I've contacted the facilities manager about the ADA stalls by Alumni
Auditorium/student offices. The latches have been installed to meet ADA
accessibility but there is a large hole that has not been covered during the
replacement. Facilities will address this privacy issue.
