[msu_ops] VGA tester and the VPU

Hi everyone,

 

When setting up a VPU please use the VGA tester to make sure it's working
properly. We experienced a problem in 322 this morning and it most likely
could have been avoided by using the VGA tester. We will be ordering VGA/DVI
cables shortly. If we have a shortage, please use a VGA cable with the DVI
adaptor located in the AV room's misc adapters.
