[msu_ops] room 250

Hi everyone,

 

We're anticipating the new tables for 250 to arrive this week. They are
going to be delivered to 218 MPR and I will assemble them that day and
testing them out. 

 

To accommodate the new tables, we will be removing the cherry tables out of
room 250 and will be stored in the alcove of 218 (they will be moved at a
later date to a new storage location).

 

The new tables (similar to 223's tables, but a little longer with different
color) will be stored in 250. A few 8' tables most likely will still be
stored (3 tables) to facilitate food services but there should be more
storage/room for chairs in 250 storage

 

Podiums. To be consistent with our podium in 223, please store the podium
for 250 in the actual room. If necessary, please store the podium in the
corner of the room (in the back) to be out of an audience's sight line. The
podium for 223 is stored facing the West wall between the curtains. Two
unfolded oak tables should be stored to the left of the podium and one to
the right of the podium.
