Hi everyone,

 

We will start using the 183 MML in full force starting March 1. Please get
more familiar with the system and see me if you think you need more training
on it. It's very important to check on the system after it is finished on
usage and to give the customer some familiarity on how to use the system.
There will be a barcode for it on the clipboard and on the lectern. Please
be very careful with the 183 MML and full procedures will be written
shortly.

 

250 tables have arrived. Please start using these for setups asap. The
tables will be stored room 250 (not storage) and should seat 3 chairs per
table.

 

Also in mid-march we will most likely see part-time custodial in the
building on weekends.
