[msu_ops] ADA compliancy

Hi everyone,

 

Talking to Mike, there will be some changes to make our facility more
compliant for ADA standards. Some of the items will affect daily operations
will be the bench by the one card office. It has been moved from the phones
for handicap access to the phones. Please note that on rounds. Also, the two
round tables by the Axis TV in Taylor and Barnes will be removed shortly.
