[msu_ops] MML concerns and AV concerns

Hi everyone,

 

Today in 218's MML I found the VGA cable pins bent and unusable. If this
wasn't fixable, this could potential impact many events and force our
customers to use some sort of "make shift" setup to facilitate usage of a
powerpoint/computer presentation. It's very important to check to make sure
the correct orientation on the plug before inserting it. For now, until some
parts can be ordered to avoid this hazard, I have used an extension VGA
cable on the 218 MML. Please be aware of its presence and be conscious when
plugging things in. I know it sounds trivial, but it really does affect our
ability to serve our customers. This occurred sometime Wed-Thursday.
