[msu_ops] yeah! chairs and lobby chairs

Hi everyone! 

 

We received some new chairs for the computer lab. They are pretty much
identical to the existing chairs exist the back/plastic is slightly
different! 

 

The second important operational note that will be reviewed is the spacing
and organization of the furniture in the Bear's Den and other lobbies to be
compliant with ADA standards on rounds and opening/closing times.
