[msu_ops] AV usage

Hi everyone,

 

I found the 218 MML in the alcove and I want to remind everyone to store the
218 MML in the table closet and the 183 MML stored on the stage. If the
stage is requested to be cleared, please store the MML in the green room or
if need be the storage room. 

 

I've noticed the portable screens can be set up a little better. The bottom
of the screen should be raised up to either the first notch or one foot from
the tripod. Leaving the screen at the bottom (at the tripod) when raising
the top of the screen will cause wear and unevenness in the screen.
