[msu_ops] printer in PC lab

The printers are now online in the computer lab. In next week's BA meeting,
I'll go over how to print a test page. It's really easy:

 

1.	Take the printer offline by pressing the GO button
2.	Press right on the Menu button to get to the "Information" menu
3.	Press right on the Value button to get to the "Print Config" menu
4.	Press the Select button to print out the two configuration pages

 

Some important information is on the config pages including how many pages
have been printed and also network information. For example, if the printer
isn't printing, you can check the second page to see if there is an "ip
number" assigned. If there isn't a number assigned, then the network isn't
communicating to the printer. The next step in trouble shooting will be
printing out a test page on the other page, trying to print and finally
calling IT x31511.
