[msu_ops] 183 MML and movies

A clarification is needed for the storage of the MML for events. The MML can
be stored in the green room or the storage area (if green room is used). For
movies, please put the MML to the side of the stage by the rails so it is
inconspicuous. Production is using the MML to show the AxisTV advertisements
prior to movie showings. Since no one will be on stage, this setup is
acceptable.

 

Otherwise, if an event that usually needs the stage cleared (Sunshine
players, etc) please store the MML in the greenroom. For production events,
please store the MML (unless called for) in the green room. For special
exceptions, a note will be written in the operations information in the
setup book.
