[msu_ops] some exciting things and the 322 credenza

Well, in the world of operations there are some exciting things to unfold.

 

We are looking into purchasing new chairs for the multipurpose room and also
keeping the good existing chairs for special event us. We are also looking
into new chairs for the Bear's Den.

 

Mike has approved of a new table location outside the north entrance by the
green bike bollards. Diane is representing this as Sales and Solicitation
Table E (since the tables are no longer in the lobby). Two folding chairs go
behind the table next to the bike bollards by the wall. Please keep in mind
egress, or walkway/travel accessibility. 

 

Where to get the table: the designated table will be in the MPR closet and
will not be stacked. The legs will be marked with red and green tape and
folding chairs will be next to the table.

 

322 Credenza (lobby area outside 322)

 

Please keep the coaster, dry erase markers/erasers, PC speakers and the
conference phone locked up in the cabinet rather than the shelves.
