[msu_ops] few items

Hi,

 

Here are some things I've noticed we might need a refresher on. Please see
me if you have questions.

 

Tables

 

8' tables for the commuter lounge are stored in 321. There are 2 tables in
there

8' tables are distinguishable by different rooms. 250 tables are orange
taped at the legs, yellow tape indicates they are for 183, blue and no tape
are for 218 and green/red stripe is for Table E.

Storage locations for the tables as follows: 

218 tables are in 218 closet

            250 tables are in 250 storage

            183 tables are in 181 coat closet

            Commuter Lounge 8' tables are in 321 storage (2 tables)

            Table E w/ folding chair is located in 225 closet **

 

            **note, it's really important we put out the Table E (outside)
not too early (1/2-1 hour before table is needed) and promptly tear the
table down after it is finished. I recommend asking the club when they think
they'll be approximately finished. Someone took 2 folding chairs a few weeks
ago! Because we left the table and chairs out there for a LONG time
unattended. If no one shows up for a while, just put it away in 225. Worse
case, someone can always put it back out again.

 

250 Blinds

 

One of the blinds were really, really, rEAlly tangled. We have it untangled
and have put the draw strings that pull the blinds open on top of the
ledges. The only options are to turn the blinds so they let light in.
Hopefully, this helps with the strings getting tangled. There's a really
good chance that these string will disappear forever with the renovation of
room 250. (let's hope!)
