[msu_ops] stroke award

Kyle gets the award for most emails sent. I call it the Stroke award of
communication :-) If people find it difficult to read the emails and it
shows that they're not, you can also make a "digest" version where one email
gets sent out a day. The down shot is when something needs to be sent out
and replied to ASAP, it won't happen. of course, that's what the telephone
is for :-)
