KU ATHLETICS TO SUPPORT LOCAL FOOD DRIVE AT DEC. 18 AND 19 BASKETBALL
DOUBLEHEADERS

 

KUTZTOWN, PA - The Kutztown University athletic department will support a
local food drive at the men's and women's basketball doubleheaders on
Tuesday, Dec. 18 and Wednesday, Dec. 19 at Keystone Hall.

 

            All fans will be admitted free of charge with the donation of a
nonperishable food item or a monetary donation. All of the food items and
donations will then be forwarded to Friend, Inc., of Kutztown, to support
the Northeastern Berks Food Pantry.

 

            Kutztown University's men's and women's basketball teams will
host Slippery Rock on Dec. 18, with the women's game starting at 6 p.m. and
the men's game at 8.  On Dec. 19, the Golden Bears host Edinboro, with the
women's game at 6 and the men's at 8.
