KUTZTOWN UNIVERSITY WOMEN'S SWIM TEAM HONORED 

KUTZTOWN, PA - The Kutztown University women's swim team was named to the College Swim Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) All-Academic Team.   

            For teams to qualify, they must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or better.  The Golden Bears grade point average was a 3.05.  This year the honor was presented to 335 different colleges and universities and Kutztown was one of only 26 NCAA Division II women's teams and one of five Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) schools to be given this honor. 

            The swim team finished this season seventh out of 13 at the PSAC championships.  In dual meets, KU finished 3-6 overall.
