HEALEY NAMED TO ESPN the MAgazine's ACADEMIC all-district first team
KUTZTOWN, Pa. - Kelley Healey (jr. Toms River, N.J./Toms River North), of the Kutztown University field hockey team, was selected to ESPN the Magazine's Academic All-District II women's at-large first team, announced Thursday.
With the selection, Healey, along with the nine other first team selections, is on the Academic All-America ballot, the results of which will be announced June 14.
Healey, a biology major with a 3.90 GPA, finished the season with 17 goals and 14 assists for a total of 48 points as KU went 17-5 and 11-2 in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference. She had six game-winning goals and another tally on a penalty stroke.
She is a three-time National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-American, three-time All-PSAC selection and has been named to the NFHCA Academic Squad in each of her first three seasons.  In the fall, she was named to the PSAC Academic Top 10.
After three years at KU, Healey has amassed 52 goals and 27 assists (131 points).
