[Tristate] (Fwd) Re: TriState mtg of 1/26/07

Here is the information about this month's Tristate meeting sent to me by 
Valerie.  She needs to know the number of people to prepare for so please 
let Valerie know if you are planning to attend the meeting.  Also let her know 
if you need handicap parking.
As a reminder.... at the last meeting it was suggested that we all bring field 
placement learning plan materials to the meeting.

Good Morning, Janet:

Happy New Year.  As promised, I have pasted the directions to the Camden 
Campus.  We will be meeting in the Octagon Room of the Campus Center. 
The main number to the Campus Center is 856/225-6161.    Parking is 
available in Lot Number seven.  I will need to know many people are 
coming so that I can have a parking pass waiting for them at the gate.  
A shuttle bus will bring people to campus so that they don't have to 
walk the four blocks.  Metered parking is also available along Cooper 
Street.

I will also need a count for lunch.  If there are any vegetarians or 
vegans, I will need to know that as well.

*From New Jersey Turnpike (North or South) *

    * Turn off at Exit 4. After toll booths proceed on Route 73 North
      approximately one mile to Route 38 West.
    * Route 38 will merge with Route 30.
    * Proceed on Route 30 West for approximately one mile where the road
      forks.
    * Take the right fork marked "Local Traffic Only, Last Exit Before
      Toll".
    * Continue straight ahead to Seventh Street and turn left.
    * At the foot of the Seventh Street Bridge, turn right onto Cooper
      Street.
    * Visitor parking is located in Lot 7 at the end of Cooper Street.
      Upon arriving at the lot, visitors should ask for a parking pass
      from the security officer.
    * Entrances to faculty/staff/student permit parking lots are on
      Third and Fifth Streets, as well as in Lot 7 at the end of Cooper
      Street. To access the Fifth Street lots, continue on Third Street
      to Pearl Street, and make a right onto Pearl Street. After one
      block, Pearl Street will bear to the right and become Fifth Street.

  *From Route 295 (North or South)*

          Southbound - Coming from the north

    * Turn off at Route 38 West exit at Moorestown.
    * Route 38 will merge with Route 30.
    * Proceed on Route 30 West for approximately one mile where the road
      forks.
    * Take the right fork marked "Local Traffic Only, Last Exit Before
      Toll".
    * Continue straight ahead to Seventh Street and turn left.

    * At the foot of the Seventh Street Bridge, turn right onto Cooper
      Street.
    * Visitor parking is located in Lot 7 at the end of Cooper Street.
      Upon arriving at the lot, visitors should ask for a parking pass

    * Turn left onto Linden Street at the first stop light. Continue one
      block to Seventh Street and turn left again.
    * At the foot of the Seventh Street Bridge, turn right onto Cooper
      Street.
    * Visitor parking is located in Lot 7 at the end of Cooper Street.
      Upon arriving at the lot, visitors should ask for a parking pass

    * At the foot of the Seventh Street Bridge, turn right onto Cooper
      Street.
    * Visitor parking is located in Lot 7 at the end of Cooper Street.

      Street.
    * Proceed one block to the stop sign.
    * Entrances to faculty/staff/student permit parking lots are on
      Third and Fifth Streets, as well as in Lot 7 at the end of Cooper
      Street. To access the Fifth Street lots, continue on Third Street
      to Pearl Street, and make a right onto Pearl Street. After one
      block, Pearl Street will bear to the right and become Fifth Street.

*From Walt Whitman Bridge*

    * Take the "Camden/Gloucester City" exit.
    * Proceed in the left lane about 1,000 feet to the Camden Exit.
    * Turn left and continue on Route 676 to Exit 5B marked "Last Exit
      Before Toll - Benjamin Franklin Bridge".
    * Turn left onto Linden Street at the first stop light.
    * Continue one block to Seventh Street and turn left again.
    * At the foot of the Seventh Street Bridge, turn right onto Cooper
