[Tristate] supervision course

Hi all;

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer.  Without reminding everyone too soon about September looming; I know we discussed sharing syllabi for our courses we teach for new supervisors.  I am trying to discipline myself to go through the readings again and possibly update some of them.  Is anyone willing to share just one "don't miss" article from their readings or bulkpacks they use for their class?  I welcome any suggestions or input.
