Athlete of the Week 

Kim Kelty - W Soccer
(fr. Levittown/Neshaminy) 

         Kim Kelty, of the women's soccer team, is this week's KU Student Bookstore Athlete of the Week.  Kelty was instrumental in KU's run to the PSAC championship game.  Kelty assisted two goals, including the tying and winning scores, in Kutztown's 4-3 win over Bloomsburg.  She then scored a goal in KU's 3-2 loss to IUP in the PSAC Championship game.

SAT 11/6 - KU 91, PSU-ALTOONA 57 - The Golden Bears won their second-straight meet with a 91-57 victory over PSU-Altoona.  Ed Keglovits (sr. Kutztown/Kutztown) won the 50 free (23.55) and 100 fly (58.73), and was part of the winning 200 medley relay.  Aaron Clark (so. Galena, MD/Kent County), Brad Borek (Southampton/William Tennent) and Chris Becker (Reading/Schuylkill Valley) joined him on the 200 medley relay team (1:48.99).  Borek also won the 100 free (50.38) and Clark's 1:00.05 won the 100 back.  Greg Fulkerson (sr. Towanda/Towanda) picked up a win in the 1000 free (10:36.69) and teamed with Greg Fournier (fr. Warrington/Central Bucks East), Billy Dentler (fr. Chambersburg/Chambersburg) and Dan Pfost (jr. Kutztown/Kutztown) for the win in the 200 free relay (1:36.79).  Fournier also had a win in the 200 free (1:54.35).  Dan Schoor (fr. Warminster/Central Bucks East) swam a 2:14.32 to win the 200 IM.   Sean Bonifas (fr. Lancaster/Hempfield) won the 100 breast (1:03.34).  Steve McNeely (so. Glenolden/Monsignor Bonner) swam a 1:03.63 in the 100 breast.

SAT 11/6 - KU 101, PSU-ALTOONA 44 - Kutztown topped PSU-Altoona, 101-44, for its second-straight victory.  Colleen Brady (jr. Harleysville/St. Pius X) swam the fastest times in both the 100 back (1:05.04) and the 200 IM (2:25.32).  She also teamed with Meghan Fenningham (jr. Philadelphia/Nazareth Academy), Ashley Singer (fr. Lititz/Warwick) and Kelly Rowan (so. Clifton Heights/Upper Darby) to take the win in the 200 medley relay (1:55.63).  Singer also won the 100 fly with a 59.52 and Rowan won the 100 breast in 1:11.10.  Beth Reasoner (jr. Chalfont/Central Bucks West) won the 1000 free (11:52.01).  Melissa Porter (fr. Wallingford/Strath Haven) won the 200 free (2:06.09) and joined DeLorean Reese (Glenville/Southwestern), Jill Pantelides (fr. Lansdowne/Archbishop Pendergast) and Katie Hinnershitz (fr. Temple/Muhlenberg) on the winning 200 free relay (1:48.98).  Pantelides also notched a win in the 50 free (26:65), while Hinnershitz took the 100 free (58.30).  Brooke Sharp (fr. Breinigsville/Parkland) won the 500 free (5:49.55).
